The large kitchenette adjoining the living room is equipped with an oven, double induction hob, fridge, coffee maker and Senseo, kettle, dish service and kitchen ustensils, 1 table and 2 chairs. The bathroom was renovated in January 2025, it is composed of a natural stone sink placed on a family workbench offering storage, a walk-in travertine shower. WC, washing machine, towel dryer, ironing board and iron.
